Wordzzle does not require personal information such as email addresses or social media logins. The data collected is limited to anonymous and game-related information, including:

  • Guest Login & Authentication: A unique identifier (UID) is generated for user authentication and profile management. No personal details such as names or emails are collected.
  • Game Data: Progress, statistics, in-game currency, and related data are securely stored. The app also downloads game-related data, such as word lists, from a secure online source to keep the game updated. This process does not collect or store any personal information from users.
  • Device & Usage Data: Non-personal information, such as device type, operating system, and game interactions, is collected to enhance the user experience.
  • Advertisements: If you have not purchased the "Remove Ads" option, ads are served through our mediation platform and its partner ad networks. These services may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and ad interaction data to display relevant advertisements.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Firebase Analytics monitors game usage, engagement, and errors to optimize performance.
  • Push Notifications: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) is used for updates, promotions, and event notifications.
  • In-App Purchases: Payment transactions are processed securely via Google Play's in-app purchase system without storing financial details.
  • Leaderboards: Rankings are managed through Unity Gaming Services (UGS), which may collect anonymous user identifiers and score data to maintain leaderboard rankings.

Collected data is used to:

  • Authenticate users and manage game profiles.
  • Store and track game progress, in-game currency, and statistics.
  • Improve gameplay experience through analytics.
  • Deliver push notifications for updates and rewards.
  • Display advertisements tailored to user engagement (only for users who have not purchased the "Remove Ads" option).
  • Process secure in-game purchases.
  • Manage global leaderboard rankings via Unity Gaming Services.

No personal information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

Wordzzle integrates third-party services to enhance the gaming experience. These services may collect non-personal data, subject to their respective privacy policies:

  • Firebase Authentication – Anonymous user authentication.
  • Firebase Realtime Database – Storage of game progress and data.
  • Firebase Analytics – User interaction tracking for optimization.
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) – Notification delivery.
  • Google Play – Secure in-app purchase transaction processing.
  • Unity Gaming Services (UGS) – Online leaderboard rankings and score management. Subject to the Unity Privacy Policy.
  • Unity LevelPlay – Ad mediation platform that manages the selection and delivery of ads from multiple third-party ad networks. LevelPlay and its partner networks may collect device identifiers and usage data for the purpose of serving and measuring ads. For details and a full list of advertising partners, refer to the Unity Privacy Policy. Users who have purchased the "Remove Ads" option will not be served ads.

5. Data Security

Appropriate measures are taken to secure collected data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. While all reasonable efforts are made to protect user data, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

6. Data Handling

Wordzzle operates using Firebase Anonymous Authentication, meaning users do not create personal accounts. Some game-related data, such as progress, in-game currency, and statistics, may be stored in Firebase Realtime Database to enhance the user experience. This data is not linked to personally identifiable information and is managed automatically within the game.

7. Your Choices

  • Opt out of personalized ads: You may opt out of interest-based advertising via your device settings ("Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android).
  • Remove Ads purchase: Purchasing the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase will disable all advertisement serving and associated third-party ad data collection within the app.
  • Push Notifications: You can disable notifications at any time from your device settings.

8. Children's Privacy

Wordzzle does not collect any personally identifiable information from users. While the game is designed to be family-friendly, parents or guardians are encouraged to review its content and the privacy practices of integrated services for suitability. If it is determined that personal data has been provided by a child, appropriate steps will be taken to remove such information in accordance with applicable laws.
